Service Description

NRA CCW Course Course Goal: Teach the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to carry a concealed pistol for personal defense. The CCW Course is intended for all individuals regardless of previous shooting experience. This instructor-led course covers: Firearm Safety (Mandatory), Pistol Nomenclature and Selecting a Pistol for Self-Defense, Basic Defensive Pistol Skills, Drawing from Concealment, Mindset, Carry Modes and Pistol Concealment. Additionally, students may complete live fire training with a Certified Instructor (not mandatory but highly recommended). A student CCW examination must be taken and certificate of successful completion will be provided. Note: The classroom portion of the CCW class is $65 which will be paid as a deposit when booking the course. If opting out of the live fire portion (NO ADDITIONAL) payment is needed. Individuals who will be attending the range portion of the class can pay the additional $35 fee the day of the scheduled class. Items to bring to the range: - Firearm that is in good working condition - OWB or IWB holster NO Blackhawk Serpa or cloth fabric holsters (kydex is highly recommended). - Magazine pouch - 200 Rounds of range ammunition - Safety glasses, ear protection and ball cap - Water and a few snacks Prohibited Attire: - NO sandals, flip flops or sleeve less shirts allowed on the range
